Our mobile app makes it simple and easy to request new services, check upcoming schedule, update pet info, view and send messages directly to your dog walker and our office, and make payments.
Our Client Portal provides the same great features as our app, but from any web browser with the ability to request services, make cancellations, process payments and more.
At the end of each appointment, post-visit reports include notes, pictures, GPS map and time stamps. Messages are sent as an email, sms text and push notifications directly to the app, with the ability to customize delivery notifications.
The process to request service is extremely easy through either the app or within the Client Portal.
All requests come to us for approval and once approved, a service confirmation message is sent. This will help serve as a check for us and you to ensure the dates of service are correct, and that the services to be delivered are clearly documented. It eliminates any possible confusion or misunderstanding.
